Role Overview

Our Internship Program is designed for motivated students, recent graduates, and aspiring technologists who want to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional software delivery. You will gain practical exposure to modern codebases, design workflows, version control, and collaborative product development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members on structured tasks across your chosen track (Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, Mobile, or QA).
  • Write clean code or create structured UI designs following Hexa Synergy's engineering and design standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and team discussions to accelerate your practical learning.
  • Learn modern workflows including Git branching, component architecture, API integration, and quality testing.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, consistency, and willingness to learn from feedback.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught portfolio).
  • Foundational knowledge in at least one track: React/JavaScript, Node.js, React Native, Figma UI/UX, or Software QA.
  • A portfolio of academic, personal, or open-source projects demonstrating initiative and problem-solving.
  • Ability to attend our Islamabad office and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, or Git/GitHub.
  • Active GitHub profile, Behance/Figma portfolio, or deployed personal projects.
