Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Hexa Synergy, you will bridge frontend craftsmanship with backend engineering to deliver complete product features from database schema to user interface. You will work across our portfolio of enterprise ERP suites, SaaS marketplaces, and retail platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver end-to-end product features across React/Next.js frontends and Node.js/Express backends.
  • Design database models, write performant queries, and build clean API contracts.
  • Collaborate directly with product leads and UI/UX designers to turn business requirements into working software.
  • Implement complex workflows such as booking engines, role-based dashboards, invoicing, and real-time notifications.
  • Ensure application security, data validation, and high performance across the full stack.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and code quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven full-stack experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js/Express.
  • Hands-on proficiency with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Strong command of Tailwind CSS, modern state management, and responsive frontend development.
  • Ability to trace, debug, and optimize features across client, network, server, and database layers.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience building ERP, POS, or marketplace platforms.
  • Familiarity with Capacitor or React Native for cross-platform deployment.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting platforms (Vercel, AWS, VPS).
