Role Overview

As a Frontend Developer at Hexa Synergy, you will craft fast, accessible, and visually refined interfaces across our enterprise SaaS products, FinTech POS platforms, and client web applications. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to translate complex workflows into seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop modular, reusable frontend components and pages using React 19, Next.js (App Router), and TypeScript.
  • Implement pixel-accurate, responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS with strong attention to typography, spacing, and dark/light mode consistency.
  • Architect client-side state management and data fetching using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and TanStack Query.
  • Optimize web applications for Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), SEO metadata, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and real-time WebSocket data streams.
  • Participate in constructive code reviews and maintain clean, well-documented codebases.

Requirements

  • Solid proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
  • Strong command of Tailwind CSS, modern CSS grid/flexbox layouts, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience managing complex application state and asynchronous API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows, component libraries (Radix UI / Shadcn / MUI), and frontend debugging tools.
  • A strong eye for UI detail, interaction states, and user experience quality.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with offline-first web storage (IndexedDB / Dexie.js) or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
  • Familiarity with Framer Motion animations and micro-interactions.
  • Experience building multilingual or RTL (Right-to-Left) interfaces.
  • Understanding of data visualization libraries such as Recharts or ApexCharts.
